Return Policy

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and healthcare products, we do not accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

However, returns may be accepted in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged
• Wrong product delivered
• Product missing from the order
• Product received in leaked or defective condition

To request a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof such as images/videos of the product and packaging.

Products must be:

• Unused and unopened
• In original packaging
• Returned with invoice/order details

We reserve the right to reject return requests if the product does not meet the above conditions.

Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected by our team, the refund will be initiated.

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be asked to provide bank account details for processing refunds.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team immediately after placing the order.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened or used products
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Products without original packaging
• Products returned after the allowed return period
• Promotional/free products

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order ID
• Product photos/videos
• Packaging images

Our support team will verify the issue and arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
